So I don’t know if this is offered to all Bell clients , but it was sent to me from a friend who has other bell services and I think this is offered to only those who also have bell internet. Comments please as we just spent way too much at 11.00/ day even though we tried to limit our usage.It adds up fast if your gone for more than a couple of weeks , seems Koodo would or should have a snowbird type plan to retain customers traveling south of the border for extended periods of time as the US carriers are much more “all inclusive “ competitive than they once were.  I have very much enjoyed my years with Koodo , is it time to switch?TksPete

Hi Koodo community,I been trying to reactivate my account for 30 mins, re-entering my debit card credentials correctly, only to be greeted with a “Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later”. Is there an issue with my account or is it server issue?Any help would be useful too,Thanks,

Currently have a $50 12gb plan with a $3 25gb add on.I received a promotion where if I want a new phone Koodo will waive the rest of my tab. Went for a CPO iPhone 12 pro max on tab basic, which my plan was eligible for. However on the checkout screen it doesn't show my add-on anywhere.Anyone know if I would be sacrificing my $3 25gb add on if I commit to this phone and tab? It's really unclear.

I am located in Toronto and my partner is located in Greenstone, ON for work.Both of our phone plans are with Koodo and we both have Canada-wide minutes on our plans. However, my partner was charged for long-distance calls. What is going on?

Hello! I got a bill of 69 $ instead of 50 $. I was connected to Koodo on April 4th on a plan 50 $ for 25 Gb. How this bill can be fixed? 

I was viewing my new home, great time for this to happen!! While I was there I got a notification saying ‘Koodo: Welcome to USA. Roaming pay-per-use rates are $1.60/min, data $10/50MB, outgoing text messages $10/100 texts (up to 160 characters per text). All incoming texts are free. Visit koodo.com/easyroam for more info’. And the other two messages that come with it. The thing is I went about 20 minutes from my current home, in the same country, not close to the border. Am I going to be charged for using data in another country even though I never left?

Hi, I have just received this email from Koodo. Also texts about roaming offers. I’ve been all day in Toronto nowhere near US. Could someone have cloned my sim card? If Easy Roam is active for them, they'll be charged $14/day for the days that they use their monthly plan's minutes, data or texts. The rates without Easy Roam are $1.60/min, $10/50 MB and $10 for every 100 outgoing texts (max. 160 characters each). All incoming texts are free. While using Easy roam on a trip, will I have access to send/receive email ?

Hello. I can't send long sms messages,  but I can receive them. Short ones send out without issue but after a certain length they just sit and sit and won't send. Is there a network issue? I've tried restarting my phone and checking for updates

I currently have no data and pay for the data block so I can use picture messaging. If I switch to the current deal (which is the same price as my plan plus the data block) that includes 2 GB of data and remove my data block, will I still be able to send and receive picture messages if I run out of data? I have no idea how far the 2 GB will go at this point. I don’t want any extra charges if I go over the 2 GB.Also any hints as to how to manage the data, so that I don’t use it much when I’m off wifi, would be super appreciated!

lost phone outside Canada. i purchased a local sim & phone number ending with the same last 4 digits as that of my koodo number. can koodo activate my phone number onto this local sim? or, do i need an e-sim from koodo paying the ridiculous amount?Also, my current device is Samsung a8. I don't think it supports an esim. Is that true?

I previously was given an extension for my payment to April 28th, but then i was also given a payment arrangement afterwards that says i need to make the first payment by the 26th of April. My check for work has a hold on it that i can't get released, im not sure it'll be released in time for the 26th. I'm wondering if i still have til the 28th? or does the payment arrangement cancel out the extension?

Hi,I recently arrived in Toronto and registered for my new SIM card. However, the sales rep made a mistake on my email typing @gamil.com instead of @gmail.com.I have no access to my account at the moment.May I know how I can correct the email please? Thank you

HI, i’m a bit confused by Koodo’s easy roam. I’m traveling to eastern Europe. I will be in a few countries over 3 weeks. Is easy roam pay per use with a maximum of $16/ day? Does this cover texting, data, phone calls? Thanks

Hi!Any thoughts on the most economical way to add a talk/text only line for kid (brining your own device)? We hoping to add something basic just to be able to get in touch with him while if he’s out playing in the neighbourhood. Any ideas welcome!Jenn

My brother is trying to sign in to his Koodo Prepaid account to look at his usage history but he can’t login. The login process claims that he’s supplying an invalid phone number, even though it is correct. (It is the only mobile phone number he’s ever had.) When he tries the forgot password link, it claims not to recognize his email address, even though it is the only one he’s ever had. I’ve looked over his shoulder as he tried to sign in and everything is exactly correct so I’m baffled. The phone works fine so we know the account is still active. I helped him buy a data booster earlier this month.There is absolutely no indication anywhere of any number we could call for tech support so I truly don’t know if Koodo even offers tech support.How do we get the  login screen to accept his login information?

I’m unable to pay my bill - I have a total of $121.75 due by April 3rd but the “Pay Now” is greyed out and it says the amount is $0.

My phone just broke sadly and ive been trying to upgrade to get a new phone, the issue i have is that the site keeps telling me my account needs to be 45 days old in order to do so. Ive had this account for over a year, my bill is paid as well as my tab so i have no idea what to do from here. 

Hi I got an urgent mail about payment required to avoid service disconnection but i already paid my bill 2 days ago. It says today is deadline to keep my account and I think it takes time for the money to be processed (also it’s sunday right now)In this case, will the service be disconnected?

On my 1st bill I have the following charge “Equipment Exchange $10.00”. It’s lodged under “Monthly Charges” I haven’t a clue what this is for. Anyone know why I’m being charged this?

If I pay $15.00 a month for complete care protection why do I have to pay $250 for replacement, when I can upgrade my phone if I pay my tab of $120. And why is it considered an upgrade to get the exact same phone but a different colour, therefore making the cost $400 should I have another accident in the future? And why am I penalized for the "upgrade" because the maufacturer doesn't have my exact phone? 

Why are they still trying to charge $320 + $10 for 24 months for basic tab on a phone only worth 399 on the google store?
