Hi I upgraded my phone and when I did I was told I would receive a 75 dollar credit. Just wondering when that will be? 

Were you told this in a store? Online when you made the purchase?


I was told at Walmart when i upgraded my Phineas. That she was able to apply a 75 dollar credit.to my account. 


She told me it should be applied to my next bill and it wasn't 


Does the service agreement or anytging else mention a 75 dollar credit?

Did the Walmart sale person mention how the credit would be on your account? Was it a monthly credit or an one-time top-up?

And since it was your 8,9th bill, can you log into self-serve, download your 1st, 2nd bill and check the page 3 and 4 of it to see if there was a credit there?


It was a 1 time top up for upgrading and saidnl it would be applied on my next bill  which should if been on this bill not.my first or second as j upgrade a month ago

Honestly this is just ridiculous. I'm gonna go down to the Walmart where she told me. I had a $75 credit. I watched her put it on to my file as she showed me new guys should have this documented..

I know certain big-box retailers have some of these limited-time offers, but they are usually in the form of a gift card. Are you sure they told you that Koodo would be giving you a credit? If so, did the rep put a note on your account?


I received a 200 dollar gift card for upgrading to a pixle7 tbroygh wallet and she had said she got me a 75 dollar credit that will most likely go on my next bill nit this one. Then turned her screen to show me that it was added to my account. I'm going down to Walmart to talk to her cause this is just messed up.

Hi there @Allylaity33  We have looked into your account and the credit is on your latest bill as promised. The Mobile Masters and the community members actually gave you great advice, they asked you to check/post your PDF bill to help you.  If you would have posted it, they would have been able to show you that your credits have been applied, as they are very knowledgeable and know exactly what to look for.
