amount due

My amount due is higher than it should be. I believe it’s saying I owe for February but i paid that month.

How did you pay that month? Also, when did you pay it? If you paid near the due date, might be that the bill wasn’t paid when the new bill generated. Also, all the extra chargers should be detailed on your bill.

@Kimmbbeerrlleeyy The last payment, and yes we received it, thank you, that one cleared up the carryforward amount but not March. If you download the pdf version of your invoice you should be able to see all the details.
