can you download the pdf bill and check the page 3 and 4 of it. if possible can you post a snapshot of where it showed you were charged double from the pdf bill here?.hide /delete all personal information before posting please!

As far as I can tell, I should only be paying the $36 after the already paid $13.50 has been deducted from my monthly plan fee.

You always pay your service in advance.

What happened was that you paid the seasonal hold in advance duration of Mar 15 to Apr 14.  

But you came back to Canada and started using the new plan  of $55 from Mar 18.

So, they refunded $13.5 for unused seasonal plan, and charged $49.5 partial for new plan.

They Calculated your partial change with  27 days.   

$55/30days x 27 days =  $49.499 partial charge.

$15/30days x 27 days = $13.5. Refund 

But then they've charged me an extra $55, at a total of $101.92 for the month. 

Becauae you always pay your service in advance.

$55 is for Apr 15 to May 14th.
