travelling to US and Caribbean how do I pay one price.   I was recently in Europe and I purchased 30-day pass: EU30PASS for $60.00

The Koodo webpage says you can “Access your monthly rate plan, including unlimited talk and text, when you purchase an Easy Roam Travel Pass.”  Does this include DATA ?  Initially I assumed yes, but we all know not to assume anything...Travelling from Canada to the USA in January, need access to Data at the most economical price. The travel plan is perfect, IF it covers data as well as the talk and text.TIA.Andrea

Hello,Before I ported my old phone number, they gave me a temporary number and once porting was done, when I send messages it appears they are sent from temporary number still and not from my official ported number. Not sure why this issue.Would anyone know the answer and how to fix this. Anjei  

Haven’t been given any decent black friday deals on self-serve, and my promo credits from 2022 have ended. Planning to go to a physical location/third party retailer later today to see if there’s any promo deals loaded on my account, but if I don’t see any good deals like the ones lots of people seem to be getting (or at the very least, something close enough) I’m planning to jump ship.I have a stream+ sub with Koodo. What happens to that?

I subscribed to Stream+ Basic in mid September.  I still cannot access or activate the TELUS Films & Series.I have not received an activation code from Telus.   Nor can I reach anyone!!

I’m trying to understand how the Europe Easy Roam Travel pass works.Does the 45 day period start on the date of purchase (i.e is that the activation date) or does it start on the first day in a eligible European country?.  Is the pass valid when travelling to different countries within the 30 day period. (i.e. spending a few days in one country and then travelling to another for a few days, and so on). or is it valid only for one country, and normal roaming charges apply if you move to another country?ThanksKeith

I’m logged into self-serve, and click on “manage add-ons.” Try to remove International Data Roaming, Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, or International Voice Roaming.I get an error “Heads up! Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.” Can anyone help?

Ive been here for 7 years and now I can't change my plan because I have to go to auto pay? Ive never missed a payment.

I want to change to a US/Canada plan for travel next week (no tab) instead of using data roaming.  How soon does the new plan take effect? I want to use my phone in the US as I do in Canada (not having to turn on Airplane Mode and rely on wifi).

So I have three phones on my plan,  My Wife, Son and Myself  if i Order Stream+ we all live in same household, can we all watch Disney+ Netflix etc or would i need to order Stream+ for each and every one of us.  Can three people in same household all watch it,  three different compputers or TV’s thanks

What is canadian LD? My plan contains unlimited canadian LD. Is it same with unlimited canada wide calls?

Hi All….I believe I have added the 30 day package on my account for a med trip.  Everything I read (after adding the add on lol), says “the 30 plan will activate once you are roaming in ONE of the included countries”.  My question is - can i move between multiple countries with this plan or is it only valid for one country?  If it’s country to country in all of Europe that’s a great plan - if it’s restricted to only one country, not so much!  Thanks.
