Travelling to Europe, have easy roam… if we purchase a travel pass, are we charged for the $50 travel pass as well as the $16/day easy roam charges? Or does the $50 cost cover it all? Thank you! 

I am going to be travelling to Ireland for a week, and then England for another week. I am planning to activate EasyRoam so that I can use my current number for calls/texts. I need my phone number for business purposes so I chose to use this over an eSIM.  Am I able to use my regular data plan as well to use the internet while I am abroad, or will it only be for calls and texts? 

I can’t add an eSIM (old Iphone X) so I am hoping to use Koodo Easy Roam, Roaming until I get into a store to buy a local SIM. Has anyone used Koodo Roaming in CR and were you able to get a Network - at least in major cities like San Jose ? 

Can I add my spouse for a Sim chip an new phone too under my account as long it's paid monthly 

Can I disable the port fraud protect using the Add-on settings?

My credit card was expired and it ended my stream + today so i resubscribed to it with my updated Credit card  but amazon automatically resumed my existing yearly prime membership as before it would hold my existing membership and let stream + be the primary method of the membership  when trying to re-link stream + i get this message from amazon “You already have an active Prime membership on this account.Existing Prime members are ineligible for this offer.” i have like 200+ days left on my annual and i spoke to amazon and they were useless and referred to Koodo.  any help would be appreciated  

It will be my first time doing a longer trip outside of Canada. I saw an "Unlimited talk and text 14 days Europe for $50" which seems better than a daily Easy roam charge. I have never used this before and I wondered if it is for local calls and texts in the country I'll be in, or if it includes calls and texts back to Canada. 

I want to get the 7 day travel pass for when I am in the Caribbean. I need to make sure my phone number is set up for this? I also want to ensure I will Not be charged for easy roam as well as travel pass? How do I ensure I’m only charged for travel pass? Do I have to change anything in my settings to ensure I don’t have additional charges.? Can I text and make calls with the travel pass. Thank you 

So I have a plan that only allows me to text within Canada only and I was wondering if I was using like rcs would that change it so I can text into like say USA or would I still get charged per text that I send with rcs?

if I text someone who has a US phone number, but is also in Canada, will I get charged

Hi , i lost my phone about a month ago and luckily i had phone protection plan with koodo.Back then i started using my old phone untill koodo send me a new phone.I had to travel for business back then and returned yesterday. Koodo sent me a new phone and its been sitting in my mail box all these days.Would my phone protection plan still be valid if i start using it now ? Would it effect any of my future claims , saying the phone was not used for a long time ?

Hello, I have unlimited US+Canada plan(Talk+Text+Data). I have been transfered to my USA location office. Can I continue using this plan for unlimited time as long as I pay my bill and connect to a partner network here in the USA? Is there a time limit as to how any days can I be outside of Koodo network?

Each time I try to activate Disney+ is asks to choose a subscription amount. I do not want to pay extra, this happened once already. I realized I was getting double billed and decided to try again by signing up under my husband to avoid Disney using my old Disney account. 

I just (March 27th) signed up with a prepaid one year plan, And my account shows that my plan expires on March 22nd

I am having a problem with tab plans since it only shows tab mid and the full price for the device. Last week I can still see the plans and when I decided to upgrade my phone, the tab plans are not showing when I log in my Koodo account.

​@Flo Koodo About 3 weeks ago I made a post about the 30 day Travel Pass for Europe but my post got deleted. Some people had issues with renewing the pass again after 30 days while in Europe and you mentioned that we could always message here and you could help with the renewal. So the trip to Europe would be for 4 to 5 months. Can you confirm that renewing consecutive Easy Roam Travel Passes to Europe will not be an issue? The reason I am asking is someone mentioned to me that your services might be stopped because you cannot use this type of service exclusively for a long period of time. They mentioned that Freedom Mobile has Roam Beyond but if your services are exclusively outside of Canada for more than 63 days it will be stopped. I am now wondering if Koodo has something similar where you cannot use roaming exclusively for a length of time outside of Canada? I purchased easy roam but my flight was cancelled and I will no longer need it. Will I still be charged if I don’t use it or is there a way to cancel it somehow? 

Hi all, if I purchase the 30 day Europe easy roam, can I use it from more than one of the European countries listed if in Europe for consecutive days? For example, a.21 day road trip from Croatia to Slovenia - would the 30 day easy roam work in both countries. Thanks for your advice!

I am going to the United States and would like to use my phone there but I’m not sure how to add a data plan so that i can text and call and use social media. Anyone know how to add to my data plan?

Traveling to Europe in the next few weeks, and need to understand if the Easy Roam Travel Pass includes data usage in the bundled price.  Verbiage on the info page says “Access your monthly rate plan, including unlimited talk and text”. Does “access your monthly rate plan” cover the data portion of the account?Thanks

I have a US roaming and talk booster add on but I tried last night in Oregon and neither is working. They have worked on previous trips. I can't find any way to contact Koodo directly beyond their ai chat which wasn't helpful. Any suggestions on how to contact them while down here?

Hi, the canadian government sent me a letter for a senior’s discount for my internet but I wanted to remain with unlimited data seeing I watch my shows on Prime with internet. The plans they shared have limited data. Can someone help me please! Thanks

I have a $15 base plan with 100 minutes. I saw unlimited incoming calls in ad. But, when I checked my usage I found that both incoming and outgoing calls are count towards the minutes. Koodo assist says weekend and night time are free. Can someone elaborate what exactly 100 minutes mean?
