Thank-you for your reply but you didn’t actually answer my questions.
You said “It should start from the date of activation when you send the text.” Do you mean that 45 days start when I send “the text” to purchase the 30 day Europe roaming pass? Or do you mean the 45 days start from the date i send “the text” in an eligible European destination? The distinction makes a difference on when I purchase the pass.
You also didn’t address the second question - does the pass allow you to travel throughout Europe on this pass - meaning going to different countries on the same pass within the 45 days.
Thanks
Keith
Hi @KTD1956
The 30 days European pass will remain on your account for 45 days, from the moment you text to add it on the account.
The 30 days will start counting from the moment you start using the services in roaming, which is also the day when you will be charged the European Pass. Please note that that European Pass will drop from your account at the end of the 45 days or once the 30 days are used up.
The European Pass covers usage in all eligible countries stated by MilkyWay above. For example, you can use your phone in roaming X days in Spain, Y days in Portugal, Z days in France and so on. You will be charged the European Pass only once. If you travel some days in countries that are not included, you will be charged for those the applicable Easy Roam daily rates or the pay per use rates (if you do not have Easy Roam).
I hope this helps :)
