I subscribed to Stream+ Basic in mid September. I still cannot access or activate the TELUS Films & Series.
I have not received an activation code from Telus. Nor can I reach anyone!!

There is no need to activate TELUS Films and Series.
To access TELUS Films and Series you’d need to log in with your Koodo credentials at https://streamplus.telus.com/telus-login?returnUrl=%2F or use the app
