Why are all plans in my account autopay now?

Ive been here for 7 years and now I can't change my plan because I have to go to auto pay? Ive never missed a payment.

You do not need to have autopay.  They show auto pay will give you a $5 discount.  If you do not add auto pay the plan will be $5 more
