I received the email yesterday about the Europe Easy Roam pass. Is this a time-limited feature, and how soon can I add it for a trip at the end of November?

The pass is a current roaming add-on feature. It is unclear if this feature will be here to stay long term or not, or if the price may change. It would be too difficult to predict to April 2025 unfortunately. You have 30 days to use the 14 day pass and 45 days to use the 30 day pass.

They didn't mention anything about the expired date of the offer.
The day you add the roaming pass (they charge you full price upfront) is the day the roaming session starts. Hence i recommend you add it before the date you depart from Canada.
Once the pass is enabled, customers have 30 days to use the 14-day pass and 45 days to use the 30-day pass.
Please note: The expiry date is listed in the customer’s Koodo account next to their travel pass.
Additionally, when the customer begins their travels or arrives at the airport, they will receive a reminder via SMS that the pass is active.

As an example, if I added the 14 day pass on Oct.2, does this mean I can go to the airport on Oct. 31 and land in Europe on Nov. 1, the roaming pass will be active Nov. 1-14?
Or does it mean the roaming pass is active Oct. 31-Nov.13 since the airport counts as a day?
And is the 30 days to use the pass mean I have to activate it by Nov. 1 or does it mean I need to activate it by Oct. 17 so it is all used up by Oct. 31?
I read the European pass page and it says it’s activated the first day you use it in Europe.
But yes, my bigger concern is, is this a time limited offer or simply a new option I can activate at any time? Or should I activate today and then it’s on my account once I turn my phone on in Europe at the end of Nov.

The 14-day Europe Travel Pass gives you 14 days of Easy Roam when you’re travelling in one of the eligible European destinations. The pass will stay effective on your account for 30 days from the activation date. Once the pass expires or is used up, any further roaming will be charged at the regular rates, as listed on koodomobile.com/payperuse.
The 30-day Europe Travel Pass gives you 30 days of Easy Roam when you’re travelling in one of the eligible European destinations. The pass will stay effective on your account for 45 days from the activation date. Once the pass expires or is used up, any further roaming will be charged at the regular rates, as listed on koodomobile.com/payperuse.
So if I’m reading it correctly (this time), it’s 30 or 45 days that it remains on your account from the first day you ACTIVATE it in Europe, not from the day you text Koodo to add it to your account? (And I still want to know if this is a new plan I can add at any time as I don’t want to miss out on this opportunity)

The 14/30 days European pass will remain on your account for 30/45 days, from the moment you text to add it on the account.
The 14/30 days will start counting from the moment you start using the services in roaming, which is also the day when you will be charged the European Pass $50/$60 fee (depending on the Pass you choose). Please note that that European Pass will drop at the end of the 30/45 days or when the 14/30 days European Pass is used up.
This is currently a limited time offer. It’s unknown at the moment if it will continue after, however, we recommend checking website in the future for any updates.
