When I press 1 and it goes to voicemail it hangs up right away and doesn’t allow me to access it. I do have an new Pixel 7 phone but using my old SIM card and I did change my plan 2 days ago. Not sure if my voicemail needs to be reset or something or if others are experiencing this.
I am trying to upgrade my phone I can add a new line no issues but then when I try upgrading my line, it says something about I can’t upgrade my phone with in 45 day of starting my account and to try back in 45 days or go Into the store. I have been with koodo for over 5 years. So why would this message be coming up.
I don't have an account with Kodoo and I never had an active account. However a dispute was settled with a collection agency a couple of years ago and that was the end of that story.Last week I decided to check on my credit file and I was surprised to see Koodoo still reporting "missed payments" to TransUnion.Nearly 90 missed payments have been recorded, severely affecting my credit score.Koodoo doesn't seem to have a customer service phone number and the automated chat is useless. Can someone please help in erasing this missed payments record from my credit file ? Thank You
Just added a new line and selected to keep my old number. When I got the new phone it had a 748 area code number. I followed the email to change the number but elected to get a brand new 519 area code number. Now when I text other people, they are getting texts from the 748 number when I don't have wifi (and sometimes when I do) and the 519 number when I have wifi. I do not receive any texts if they text me at the 748 number, only the 519 number. This is terribly frustrating and I don't know who or how to fix it.
It make sense to schedule a (multiple times) call back but no one calls you back….I can receive the text message says Rep will give you a call in short, but no rings. Check all the settings on my phone and the koodo number is not blocked. Maybe they are just slackers. Bye bye Koodo. Hello Fido!
Over 2 days ago I spoke with a rep and initiated transferring my home phone#/landline to my current Koodo account thus replacing my current phone #. The transfer WAS initiated. My online Koodo account page now shows the ‘new’ # (my landline#) and my iPhone shows the ‘new’ # as well.However, my landline is still active and calls to that # still go to the Bell landline and NOT to my cell.If I try calling my previous Koodo # it goes to a voice saying no such phone# so obviously my original Koodo phone # has already been cancelled.I’ve tried getting a live rep callback but after NUMEROUS fruitless attempts in the we’re ‘too busy’ loop, I thought I’d try here.So… I’m in some kind of weird limbo right now. No one can phone my cell phone but I can make calls out.Has someone/something possibly screwed up the # transfer or.. am I being impatient after 2.5 days?
I tried ordering a new phone online as my current one died and will not charge. It says my order was received but they need additional information to verify it and to expect to be contacted by a rep. how is that supposed to work when my phone is dead? i need a new phone before i can do anything, but it won’t complete the order. A tad frustrated. does anyone have any solutions?
hello everyone, i got new sim card from Koodo, I can send message and I can call outgoing but I cant receive an incoming txt or reply and i cant receive calls (incoming).. I cannot find Koodo’s customer service number to call.. I use different phone but same issue. please help
Wondering why there is no consistency in the Bright Friday sale. I was looking to purchase the iPhone 13 deal, since it was a good promo. Checked it last week and it was $720 with Tab Plus/Mid. Checked again yesterday and it was $610 for my husband, but $650 for me, even though we are both Koodo costumers, and we both have similar plans. Was waiting for money to go through to buy and now today I check and it’s back to $720. Why is there no consistency in the sale, even amongst costumers? Should I wait for Friday and hope it goes back to the 610 price my husband got or go somewhere else where they don’t do this kind of nonsense?
I have been a Koodo customer for several years without any issues. However, starting in September 2923, I have been experiencing “dropped calls” and callers telling me that I sound garbled (like a robot). I have talked with Telus technical support a couple if times and they are not able to fix the problem. They just keep resetting my phone. After several months of having poor network service from Koodo , I went and purchased a new iPhone 13 with a new SIM card. (As I thought maybe it was my phone as Koodo told me no other callers have reported any issues)….clearly it is a Network issue as I am still having the same issues. i spike with a friend yesterday and she is experiencing the same issues with Koodu. my stress is elevated as I’m caring due an elderly family member and I need a reliable network to make calls Koodo, you need to fix this issue as the network service is absolutely terrible and I don’t want to keep calling your agents who keep doing the same things without a resolut
In the last three months, many of my contacts have complained that they cannot reach me. They have to try calling multiple times before a call connects. They keep getting the message that the number does not exist or is disconnected. In addition, more than half of my calls are being dropped unexpectelly. And the call quality is really bad during the majority of the calls.I have been a Koodo client for more than 10 years so I am very disappointed that I can no longer count on Koodo for reliable phone services.Could you please provide more information about the root of the service quality decline? And is there a timeline when the issue will be resolved?
I have received a promotional offer via text from Koodo. I followed the instructions in the text: login to self serve account and select “Change my Plan”. But I do not see the offer at all in my account after following thr instructions.Please help me, how do I get access to this offer and sign up for it?Thank you.
Hi,I need to receive texts time to time for a verification to log into some websites in Canada. (no any other options) I’m in Japan and trying to receive texts but it hasn’t worked so far. Do I need to do anything special in order to receive texts while I’m in Japan? Thanks
I'm a new ported over customer from a Bell account. I can call out and receive calls from some people. My wife cannot call me from her new Koodo account. Texting is not working at all (no outgoing or incoming) and my scheduled phone appointment this morning never came through. I can't recieve text so I can't use the koodo assist process. Please help!
HiI would like to know which network provided should I be connecting when I am in Malaysia. I intend to use pay per use roaming as I only requires roaming to receive text message for banking purposes only.Appreciate if anyone could provide the answer.Thank you in advanceBalan
