How do I check my data usage for the past six months?

Hi there @Aunt Sha

You can check your data usage in real time by logging in to your Self Serve account. Select Usage from the Self Serve dropdown menu.

Click View details to access your data history for your current cycle, your previous cycle, and from the previous 2 months.

Logging in to my account and selecting “Usage” does not work for historic data. It will only show me current usage.

Alternatively, you can view your statements back 15 months or so to view data used.
