I have basic voicemail with Koodo month to month plan, I was able to retrieve voicemails a few weeks ago and now when someone leaves a message and I go to voicemail box it says I have no messages.
i figured it out thanks had live voicemail auto enabled on device after sw update on iPhone.

Hi just saw this yes I figured it out live voicemail was auto enabled with last sw update I have removed it
