If I pay off my tab will i lose the tab bonus i got when i purchased the phone? my phone was destroyed and i need a new one but don't want to forfeit the $600 bonus. 

So I’ve had two instances where I cannot receive security codes. One with my student loans, and another. I typically use an authenticator app, so these are the only two I’ve needed SMS codes for. The only relevant changes made were recent. I ported out my number to a reseller of rogers, only to quickly find out I had a tab plus, and promptly ported my number back to koodo with the same plan and contract.Besides the SMS, I've noticed I cannot activate wifi calling. When I input my number, it says  “The number entered doesn’t match our records. Please re-enter your number”.I just received an SMS security code for my government account with regards to taxes, so some work and some don’t.I also removed all blocked numbers. 

I was going to order a sim card online with a plan for my old phone because I don’t have to pay the connection fee that way. The problem is that I need a new phone number. I can’t really find information on how I get a new phone number. I don’t want to transfer or port any  old numbers. I just need a new number. If I order a new sim card, will that automatically give me a number or is there something I need to do to get a new phone number?

I restarted my device last night and when it turned back on, it said No SIM. I haven't done anything else that could've caused this, only turned off my phone and turned it back on. I've tried every solution online and have yet to get any results. I urgently need to message my driving instructor, which I can't do without my SIM card, and I'm going to need data next week, so I don't have a lot of time to fix this issue.

My daughter’s phone is on my account. She is moving to the USA and would like to use her number with a new carrier. Is that possible and How do we do that? What’s the process with Koodo?

We just moved to Goderich 3 weeks ago.  If we get or try to call anyone the call gets dropped or they can’t hear us and hang up.  It has been impossible to actually talk to anyone at koodo to get this resolved.  Koodo assist is a joke!!!!  I finally went thru all hoops and had to book a call back ….for 2 days later.  I waited for the call even ran outside with my phone when koodo called ...the call still got dropped.  Riccardo from koodo called back but couldn’t hear me so he hung up. Then he called back but it went right to voicemail.  He leaves a message saying he called 3 times and I didn’t answer!!!!!!  Then..the next day they send me a text asking me to rate Riccardos service and was my problem resolved.  I answered poor to all questions .  Then a text comes in and says text back additional information.  I type it all out hit send...text comes back saying to book a call via koodo assist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This needs to get resolved or I am cancelling all 3 phones and going

My wife and I purchased new phones yesterday.  She received her extened warranty documentation by email.  I have not received my extened warranty documentation yet.  I contacted Asurion and they connected me with Koodo.  Once I was in contact with Koodo it connected me with Koodo Assist, even though I said I didn’t want to be connected to Koodo assist.  How do I go about getting my extened warranty documentation?

I am trying to transfer my number from Telus to Koodo. I have followed everyone of the instructions on self serve and it keeps saying my account number is wrong and it’s not, I even tried entering the account number only, the imei number only, and both numbers and nothing is working. Any suggestions, I have 3 numbers to transfer over from 3 phones 

Hi there, I lost my SIM card while overseas and need to get a replacement. I understand it is as easy as finding a local Koodo store to seek a replacement although there are no Koodo Stores near me. Am I able to get a replacement through a Telus store as there is one in my town? 

so my email i used when i started with koodo got deactivated and i am not able to get emails from koodo is there a way to change what email is the owner email ?

Good day all..   Quick question…   I have a koodo prepaid account and a koodo mobile account.   I want to cancel my prepaid account and replace my current  cell # number from my Koodo Mobile account and use my preplaid cell # instead.  Can it be done?… and how?

Is it possible to find the text messages history with numbers and dates of texts similar to the phone call history on the bill?  Looking through the comments, it looks like there is a “message history app?” Can someone please direct me on this?

I need someone to call me back. I tried to schedule a call back and the earliest time available was TOMORROW AT 9:30 PM. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. You need to bring back live people and stop with this virtual assistant garbage. It should not take this long to reach Koodo.  I'm paying over $200 for my services and have been with the company for something like 10 years. I would appreciate a call back TODAY regarding my question about conference calling. This question is for work and they don't understand that it takes a long time to get a response from your company since the level of customer service has dropped significantly in the last two years. 

I'm trying to switch from a postpaid plan to a prepaid one. I selected transfer existing phone, but it does not give koodo as an option so I cannot proceed beyond this. The Q&A section has a link, but that just brings you to the home page. What do I need to do to transfer the number?

I have a Motorola one 5G ace and it was advertised as being able to take phone calls in the rain with no problem. Yesterday I took a phone call while it was lightly drizzling and now my phone says that there's liquid in the charging port and it refuses to charge. I'm pissed off because I bought the phone because it was water resistant and clearly it wasn't. I need someone to help me considering this is not just a personal phone it's a work phone as well.

Agree totally with Frustrated more. Have had to spend my own money and time to visit a Koodo outlet twice to resolve a problem where I couldn't receive any calls or texts for 2 days. Not happy at all that there's no one to talk to. Really bad customer service and I'm out a few more bucks and 2 days of missed calls. Will change carriers within a month.

If I make a toll free call but I have unlimited calling will any charges be applied? 

Why am I getting so many calls from a number that starts with V?when I look at it it is from random phone numbers I don’t recognize.can,t Koodo or Telus do something to block these??????

On weekends usually experience more difficulty obtaining service than weekdays.Appears to be planed & routine., Friday night to Mon morning. To have better service on weekends is there an extra charge?
