I have a Motorola one 5G ace and it was advertised as being able to take phone calls in the rain with no problem. Yesterday I took a phone call while it was lightly drizzling and now my phone says that there's liquid in the charging port and it refuses to charge. I'm pissed off because I bought the phone because it was water resistant and clearly it wasn't. I need someone to help me considering this is not just a personal phone it's a work phone as well.

Just bear in mind the specifics on the definition around how much water the device can or cannot take. Most sites describe it as the below:
“Is Motorola One 5G Ace Waterproof?
No. The Motorola One 5G Ace does not have an IP68 rating, however, it features a Water-repellent coating which gives it a little water splash protection.”
