I didn't see Koodo have a special pricing policy online. You might want to check in with Koodo kiosk and see.

Also, I recommend you go with Telus, as they might have “full” customer service that is more suitable for people who need special help.

There is a relatively new accessibility discount with Koodo for customers with a hearing or visual disability.

The discount is 25% off the plan but certain ones like talk and text, starter plans, promotional plans, etc are excluded.
The Telus discount is $20 off, again no talk and text or promotional plans.

You would have to get in touch with customer service to confirm eligibility and to have this discount applied.
