I'm trying to switch from a postpaid plan to a prepaid one. I selected transfer existing phone, but it does not give koodo as an option so I cannot proceed beyond this. The Q&A section has a link, but that just brings you to the home page. What do I need to do to transfer the number?

Is there an option for “other”?

If not can you take a screenshot of which options you do see?

‘Other’ is not an option. Also, it lists every phone company other than Koodo. I’m assuming there is a special process for switching within the company, I just don’t see that option on the website.

You might need a rep to assist though. Have you try to schedule a call back to transfer within Koodo?


I figured. I had to leave the country before it got sorted though. That’s my issue now. I was told it would take a few minutes to do online so I left it until the evening before I left to maintain my plan. Unfortunately, I can’t call them now.
