can’t contact Koodo/Terrible customer service experience.
I have been trying for three days to contact this company to cancel a line that I had frozen, because there is no option to cancel it through MySelf/My Account. When I call the customer service numbers, I am told that I need to set up an appointment to speak with an agent, and that I will receive a text message after the call to schedule it. I have gone through this process multiple times, but I never received any text message to set up the appointment.There is also no email address to contact support. The only option is a link, and when I click on it, it doesn’t even open.What kind of terrible service is this? I am honestly very happy that I cancelled my line and switched to another company that offers better service and much stronger customer support, with the same cost and even better promotions.Choosing Koodo was one of the worst decisions of my life, and I will never recommend it to anyone.
