Would someone please be able to assist?Koodo: You have sent an invalid key word. Koodo: Vous avez envoyé un mot clé invalide. edit: now seeing that others are having the same issues. @koodo would you happen to have any troubleshooting ideas?

I’ve tried adding CAR7PASS as I’m leaving for Mexico today. Can someone please add it to my account?

Vers Telus  J'ai récemment découvert que Koodo avait me facturé 197$ sachant que mon compte  est déjà clôturé. Le 27 janvier 2025Je trouve cela ridicule car  ça se ne fait pas que je paie une facture d’un compte déjà fermé je vous demande un remboursement le plutôt possible J'attends votre réponse avec impatience.

Hi there!been trying to add the 30 day European Easy Roam Travel Pass for $60, as I am in Europe all month, and have been getting an error “invalid” message every time I try to add it through texting to 7626.  I see other people are having this problem as well! Can I add that EU30PASS please? I do not want to be charged by the day! any help would be appreciated! 

A koodo sales agent called me about a promotion back in December. As a result, I bought bc  3 new lines after the sales agent assured me that the connection fee will be weived; and indeed the December bill did not include the connection fee.However, I was surprised to see that my January bill is over 400 dollars with 240 dollars in connection fees.Why was the feed not weived? And why this added in the January bill not December

I ordered the $35 byop can-us-mex promo last night and received a temp number during sign up as well as an order confirmation number by email. I still haven't received an agreement or anything allowing me to setup self serve to port my number in. How long does this usually take?

i just joined koodo phone plan two days ago, and i have been having problem adding the free perk - unlimited long distrance.  keep having error message.  please help.

I moved to koodo mobile yesterday after finding a very good deal on facebook from Mobile Klinic. IT is just 27.50$ with 60GB data, unlimited calling to US-CAN-Mex with calling to some other countries. But i didnt get any email about my plan from the service provider or representative. I bought this plan from Mobile Klinic, Limeridge mall, hamilton. Kindly help me in this regard if anyone had the same experience.

Hi,I activated a new plan and ported my number but had a mishap where I deleted the esim. I tried the recovery method but when I try to send a verification code via email, I get a prompt saying it can't be used because it was recently updated but I never changed my email.Do I have to get a new esim voucher? I really want to avoid paying again for a new SIM..

I am leaving  for vacation tomorrow morning and cannot add the Caribbean 7 day CARPASS code, it says invalid. Can you please add to my account so I do not have to pay 18.00$ a day.  Thanks

Hi.  We are travelling to Europe for 33 days starting in mid April. Can we activate the 3 day international free travel perk and then purchase the 30 day international travel pass to get 33 days of coverage? Has anyone done this. I’ve seen both yes and no to this question.  Thanks for your help. 

I purchased as a new customer online. After I submitted, it somehow sent my information to the wrong email address that I entered. I am assuming that it autofilled by accident. I would like to change the email address on the account, but there is no where that I can see to do this.

I am signed up for device care complete for a phone on my account its a galaxy flip 6 phone and the screen is cracked,I didnt drop it and have a full protection case but the crack was from opening and closing  the phone and I tried to start a claim but I cant without my imei # and I cant get it because my screen is not working because if the crack.Is there a way to get this number another way.

This company has terrible customer service and the agents do not care or even seem bothered to want to help me.I recently moved into a new place and I tried to setup the wifi my self with the direction they sent me. It did not work so I called them and we troubleshotted it, it did not work. So they sent a technician over to my place, he said that i need to cut a hole in the wall. I called my building manager and he did cut a hole. I tried to schedule another technician visit. The first time they said that they messed up the request form, the second time they said that a normal technician cannot solve my problem and that we need a senior one. For three days they have been telling me that a senior technician will come over. No one has come. The agents do not even care that I work from home or that I need my wifi to make money. I have talked with 8 different ones and they all just lie. Two of them told me that they would call me back and never did. This is just a ter
