I did a one time payment on my credit card and now Koodo thinks I authorized monthly credit card payment. But I did not! I looked everywhere on my account and profile and nothing indicates that any pre-authorization has been granted. I want my card removed from the system so I can pay my bills through my bank like I used to. How do I get my card removed from the system??? Nadia

I had few lines in Koodo and closed all of them in Jan. Now my Koodo bill got generated and I see a negative balance. How will Koodo pay that amount? I tried Koodo assist but there is no way to find an answer for this. Whom should I reach to get this amount from Koodo?
Hello Guys, My payment method is Pre-authorized, but it is returned to my bank account for some reason. So, I wanted to pay it manually through the self-service, but Koodo doesn't know this yet and showed me my bill is 0!What should I do? Because I don't want to charge for late payment. Many thanks
I’m on a Canada wide free long distance plan. I made a call to a 1-954 area code (Florida) and spoke for 10 minutes. My most recent bill shows an extra !!$8 charge!!!!What a surprise. But this is price gouging plain and simple. Robbery.When I go to the self serve option… I cannot even find the “normal” rate charge for a call to the USA.If I knew it was 80 cents a minute, I would not have used Koodo.I want to contest this...
Hello Folks, I need a help with below query. I purchased a plan for Koodo mobile from their door campaigner.I never received SIM card but have received service agreement email and they have started generating monthly bills. I have not even received the SIM nor have activated it. When I try to call sales representative, he does not pick the call nor responds to messages. I tried calling Koodo customer care and It does not connect me to representative but just rout me to computer generated responses which does not help me much. Any idea how do I cancel my service with Koodo? Thank you in advance. Regards,Amit
I terminated contract with Koodo but they charged me Lump Sum which was not mentioned any where and even i called call center they did not tell anything only said Bonus Debit I need to pay for Phone which is completely fine.What should I do for Lump Sum charge by them ?Tab Payoff - Lump SumTab Bonus Debit - Cancellation
I should have a $10 off discount on each of our (my line & my wife’s line) monthly service fee (original plan as $50 per month),this discount amount, not properly apply on the 1st partial charge & the 1st complete monthly billing cycle. The online Koodo Assistant is offer no help & not even understanding how to answer the questions, evening I am kept repeating the issues & concern.
What could be preventing me from being able to pay my bill with a visa prepaid debit card? I have tried a number of times, using different browsers and each time I get an “oops” error message.It is not a Vanilla Visa. It is a prepaid Visa debit provided by a fintech app that works no problem for other payments online such as Amazon, or Door Dash. I can’t quite figure out why it is not being accepted. Any insight would be appreciated.
