Why is there a tab charge on my bill when my tab balance is zero? Why is this still an issue when so many other people have asked this question?

I have paid off my tab, but there is a tab charge on my bill. Many other people have asked about this. Why is this happening?

Most of the time is because when you're tab balance is at zero, you still need to pay one more.

Make sure you check on your balance history.

When did you pay the tab in full? Was it in the last billing cycle? If so, could it be the last amount?

Also, when you signed into selfserve, was there any Tab amount left?
