I have paid off my tab, but there is a tab charge on my bill. Many other people have asked about this. Why is this happening?

When did you pay the tab in full? Was it in the last billing cycle? If so, could it be the last amount?
Also, when you signed into selfserve, was there any Tab amount left?
Most of the time is because when you're tab balance is at zero, you still need to pay one more.
Make sure you check on your balance history.
