got a CPO iphone on Apr 2023, now I’m having issues with it. unable to call caller when not on speaker, tried restart and reset plus changing case/screen protector. i’m not sure if koodoo online still covers it for repair or returned if i didnt buy the device care, i checked through apple too, theres no apple care avail.

I recently upgraded my phone with Tab. The phone I upgraded to was my second choice, as my first choice was out of stock. A few days after ordering, the phone wanted more came back into stock, so I’ve initiated the return process for the first phone. I want to get the phone I actually want ASAP, and my understanding is that I can’t order it until my tab balance reads zero.My question is, if I pay off my Tab in a lump sum and go through with the return, what will happen with my account? Will I get a refund of the money I used to pay off the Tab? Will my account have a positive balance that I can use to pay the new tab?

Hello, my situation is:I am looking to purchase an iphone 12 online at retail prices to retain my current plan. Due to an accounting error on my end I have been overpaying my monthly services which has resulted to a credit on the account.I intend to use this credit for this purchase as it covers the full cost of the phone at retail.I unfortunately cannot complete the order without providing my credit card info to complete the purchase.I have scheduled a callback but trying my luck asking here.

I'm looking at purchasing a new phone and the page says there is "up to $188 in bill credit" is this a guaranteed amount, or how will I know how much I actualy receive in credit?

I posted on the koodo Mobile forum because of my frustration that Cubot has not programmed for All 4G LTE and 3G bands for their line up of 4 inch smartphone such as the Cubot J10, Cubot kingkong mini 2 and Cubot Pocket smartphones. I get these smartphones on aliexpress.com.  I am going to cave  and buy a $110 Cubot Kingkong mini 2 even though it is not finished programming  I have emailed Cubot once a month for the past 13 months to ask when Victor gets coverage for the essential 4G LTE bands for the Cubot . I even asked my asked my electrical engineer Friend Chenbuke at Rogers when the Cubot Pocket is fully supported there. I complained to Nokia corporation and their former 3G HSPA+ network  programmer Keanu reeves. It’s a popular phone blah blah blah.  Anyone else having this issue right now?

Hello.  I am wanting to upgrade my cell phone and current plan.  My stumbling block is that I got my current phone as a minor and so it was put under my mother’s name and paid by her.  Now I am into my 20’s and would like to upgrade my phone.  So, I would like to know if I can upgrade my phone and plan, and change the account to be under my name online or do I need to go into a physical store to do so?  If it is the latter, does my mom need to come with me to change the name on the account/plan?Thank you for any suggestions and help!

Got a pre owned phone last week and it’s showing in my settings “important display message” 

Last week I paid off my tab to upgrade - this week a promotion was sent to me to wave tge tab on the same upgrade! How can I get the benefit of this promotion - I replied to the email and was told it was on my account but I don’t see it anywhere!

I have a tab balance of ~$100 and tab bonus balance of $150. If I pay off my tab balance of 100, what happens to the other 150? Do I continue to pay off that bonus balance amount on a monthly basis? And can I get a new phone after paying off the tab with the bonus amount still on my account or do I have to pay off both? TIA

I’ve been using koodo for over 4 years and plan to get a new phone but do not intend to switch to a new phone right away. I understand if i don’t want to be charged for breaking the contract i have to be with them for 2 years, correct?
