I have a tab balance of ~$100 and tab bonus balance of $150. If I pay off my tab balance of 100, what happens to the other 150? Do I continue to pay off that bonus balance amount on a monthly basis? And can I get a new phone after paying off the tab with the bonus amount still on my account or do I have to pay off both? TIA

+4The Tab balance and Tab bonus are separated. Paying off tab balance has no impact on Tab bonus.
As well, you didn't have to pay off the tab bonus as long as you remain a Koodo customer and don't upgrade your phone for 24 months https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus

How many months do you have left? If you have a short amount of time left on your Tab, you may be able to schedule a callback and speak with a rep to see if they can waive the Tab Bonus balance and help you upgrade to a new device. There are no guarantees, but it is worth a try. https://Koo.do/Chat
