Last week I paid off my tab to upgrade - this week a promotion was sent to me to wave tge tab on the same upgrade! How can I get the benefit of this promotion - I replied to the email and was told it was on my account but I don’t see it anywhere!

Sounds like this will require a rep to adjust if still possible. I feel like one week is doable? I can flag a rep to assist if you like.

Hi there @MsMaggie  Unfortunately, we don’t have the possibility to do that in the community. You can schedule a callback to speak to an agent. But we can’t guarantee that it's something that is possible to do.
