Did you order your phone online or in-store?
Online orders have an HFO prefix followed by a string of numbers. Orders placed by a rep (in-store or over the phone) have an ES prefix followed by a string of numbers.
Have you checked your spam/junk email folders?
You can also check the status of your order or ask why email confirmation was not received by sending an email to the webstore at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com.

It is likely because of the weekend and the employees have not received your order. I would suggest you to wait a day or two before sending an email to the Koodo Web Store.
