Issues with Koodo Prepaid Hello Community I am having one heck of a time as a new Koodo prepaid customer. Firstly, I could not even login to this community to post with my account. It just kept sending me in circles and asking me to login over and over and over so I had to use my Facebook login. My main beef, though, is with the supposed call forwarding. Signed up for 365 prepaid plan. Said it included call forwarding. As soon as I switched from Public Mobile, my number starts getting spammed with junk calls. I immediately go into the phone and try to send them to a fax number like I had previous only to find out that I can’t do conditional call forward on prepaid! Talk about false advertising! So I’ve basically been duped, I’m locked in for a year, and here I am with a business phone getting spam calls constantly cluttering up my voicemail. To say I am not impressed is the understatement of the year. Any solutions for this?? Surely, I cannot be the only
