Swapped from prepad to post paid and not connected

I have swapped from Koodoo prepaid to postpaid via the online portal. everything seems to have gone through but I have no service, I am using an esim.

I do have a voicemail from Koodo but no way to listen to it.

Obviously want to get connected soon, don’t know if it just takes hours to properly change or there is an issue.

Self serve portal says everything is fine.

All sorted, just takes a few hours before they send you an email with the new esim, something they don’t tell you when you try to swap, and it takes a lot less time when you get a brand new number

We have looked into it and the migration to postpaid was completed.

Can you please check your email inbox and let us know if you are able to activate the esim using the steps we shared there?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Are you still able to use your prepaid line?
