Hi,  My phone broke, I need to take out the sim card and put it into a new phone I just purchased unlocked from google. Will I get charged my tab and tab bonus because of this? I'm not doing an upgrade or canceling, this is pretty much the same as BYOD (bring your own device) so I assume I will still get my monthly tab balance and tab bonus reduction. I had a pixel 5 that I bought on contract (tab) from koodo, it broke. I know i have the tab bonus so I didnt want to upgrade and pay the remaining balace, so I bought a new phone directly from google to replace it. Will I get charged by koodo for doing this? Can someone confirm?

My iphone12 mini keeps disconnecting my wifi at home and when I try to reconnect it keeps telling me I have an incorrect password.  Whereas the password is definitely correct.  I keep having to reset my network settings to reconnect and that doesn’t always work either.  I’ve gone over my data limit for the month because of this!  And I had the same issue with an Iphone 10 that I traded in because of these issues and now the same thing is happening again!  Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,My phone (oneplus 6T) recently updated to oxygen OS 11.  However, mobile data is not working.  I am able to save APN settings and have used these APN settings as per Koodo website: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phoneI was wondering if anyone else also had issues recently and if they have a work around it?Thank you very much for your help!

ive tried factory resetting my router, other devices in the home stable on wifi. tried resetting/powering off phone. reset network settings.i saw advice to reset the cache partition but thats not an option on the phone when i get to recovery mode.does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? trying to do every and all option before factory reset of the phone

I have been having an issue when answering incoming calls from different people, using both landlines and cell phones.  We get a loud set of tones, making it impossible to hear the callers.  Occasionally we do not have this issue, however, it appears to be occurring more often.  Outbound calls do not seem to be affected by this issue.  I have tried a complete reboot of the system, removing the battery and unplugging the unit.  We have a wired phone and a wireless phone attached to the home phone hub and the issues has occurred on both phones.  The home phone hub is getting good reception where it is located.  Looking for any input to rectify this problematic issue.Thank you.

I got the Moto One 5g Ace recently and since getting it, when I am on a phone call, my audio is fine however whoever I am speaking to says my audio is cutting in and out often for them. I have tried a few trouble shooting options including changing to a new SIM card but the audio is still not clear for the recipient. I am not sure what else to do to try and fix the issue or if there is just something wrong with the actual phone. i use this phone for work as well as personal so it’s important that the audio works. I’m not sure what else to do!
