it tells me to visit support.motorola.com to get help, but they’re asking me for my IMEI and I can’t access it. Any solutions..? UPDATE: Typo in title

I have a google pixel 4a. Today  I accepted an OS update. Then I updated all the installed applications.Now, when I turn the phone one, and swipe a few times, either on the home screen or in an app, the phone becomes completely unresponsive and I have to restart it.I have removed and re-inserted the SIM card, and it did not solve the problem. I cannot use my phone.The current system is:I would include the build number here but the phone is frozen again.What should I do.Thank you.

 I have a smart phone with a Koodo mobile plan.My car has a 3rd party  Android 10 car radio head unit.This Android device is basically a tablet and allows a LTE sim for data only.I would like to use car navigation using traffic & road closure information and maybe some music streaming without my phone.Can I put a Koodo tablet sim ($15/4G)  into this Android device??

I just opened my new samsung a32 front camera looks like there is a constant sepia filter on it? The colors are terrible. is this normal?

I recently upgraded my phone to a samsng a32. I have been having a lot of connectivity/roaming issues. Half the time my messages wont send, or i have to download received messages. My phone also doesnt like to connect to wifi half the time. I have noticed I am going through data like crazy because of it. What do i neeed to correct to rectify the issues? Thanks in advance. 

I live in BC but am traveling in Nova Scotia. Since I landed in NS my mobile data isn’t working properly. I can send and receive messages on Messenger and What’s app but using my mobile data for anything else I get the an error message saying “No Internet Connection”. I’ve restarted the phone several times and confirmed I’m registered on the Koodo network. My phone is showing I’m connected to the network. There are no other errors showing aside from the pop-up error I get when trying to use data.

What is a good signal  

I was wondering will the Pixel 6 pro be available in Cloudy White too on release date or do you only offer the Stormy Black?

I just upgraded from my iPhone 8 to the 12 and I can’t send iMessages because my number is STILL being verified. Not sure what to do?

If if buy the Pixel 6 in full directly from google and put my current sim (pixel 5) into it, do I need to let Koodo know that I’ve switched phones? For example when I log in it shows my current pixel 5 tab so can I just keep paying it down monthly while I’m using the pixel 6? Since I didn’t upgrade with koodo, I don’t think I’m required to pay off my tab in full in order to switch to the pixel 6 that I bought elsewhere, is that correct?Or have I totally misread things?I know if I upgrade to the 6 with koodo I’ll have to pay off the tab first but this is not what I’m doing in this scenario so just wondering what is permitted and how it works. Thanks,  

When I unlock my phone, the word ‘koodo’ is in the top left corner, blocking my view of my notification icons. I cannot find anyway to disable this popup. It persists for about 5 seconds, which sounds tolerable… but it isn’t. When you want to quickly glance at your phone and see if you have a message or reminder and you have to stare at the word “Koodo’ for several seconds… it is extremely frustrating. I am looking for instructions on how to disable this advertising that I did not consent to. Thanks! =)My phone is Android. It is a Moto G Power 2021.

Does anyone know what military grade phone will work with Koodo? I'm interested in the cat 51 phone or something like it.

A couple days ago, a friend called me, I answered and there was no sound at all. I called them back, and they told me they had actually called several times but it said I wasn’t available. My call log shows no history of any calls coming in except the one I answered. Then today, I got a voicemail without my phone ever ringing, it was from a salon confirming my appointment, so I know I’ve received calls from them before. Once again, my call log shows nothing, and yet somehow I got a voicemail from them. I did get a phone call earlier today that seemed fine. This is concerning since I’m waiting for important calls, what if I miss them and will never have known because it doesn’t even show that someone called in my call logs? I hadn’t noticed any problems before just these last few days. I’ve tried restarting my phone after the incident with my friend, but it seems to be still happening. I have good coverage, always full bars, both times were just in my apartment, nothing new. Any idea ho

Hi,  My phone broke, I need to take out the sim card and put it into a new phone I just purchased unlocked from google. Will I get charged my tab and tab bonus because of this? I'm not doing an upgrade or canceling, this is pretty much the same as BYOD (bring your own device) so I assume I will still get my monthly tab balance and tab bonus reduction. I had a pixel 5 that I bought on contract (tab) from koodo, it broke. I know i have the tab bonus so I didnt want to upgrade and pay the remaining balace, so I bought a new phone directly from google to replace it. Will I get charged by koodo for doing this? Can someone confirm?

My iphone12 mini keeps disconnecting my wifi at home and when I try to reconnect it keeps telling me I have an incorrect password.  Whereas the password is definitely correct.  I keep having to reset my network settings to reconnect and that doesn’t always work either.  I’ve gone over my data limit for the month because of this!  And I had the same issue with an Iphone 10 that I traded in because of these issues and now the same thing is happening again!  Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ive tried factory resetting my router, other devices in the home stable on wifi. tried resetting/powering off phone. reset network settings.i saw advice to reset the cache partition but thats not an option on the phone when i get to recovery mode.does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? trying to do every and all option before factory reset of the phone

I have been having an issue when answering incoming calls from different people, using both landlines and cell phones.  We get a loud set of tones, making it impossible to hear the callers.  Occasionally we do not have this issue, however, it appears to be occurring more often.  Outbound calls do not seem to be affected by this issue.  I have tried a complete reboot of the system, removing the battery and unplugging the unit.  We have a wired phone and a wireless phone attached to the home phone hub and the issues has occurred on both phones.  The home phone hub is getting good reception where it is located.  Looking for any input to rectify this problematic issue.Thank you.

I got the Moto One 5g Ace recently and since getting it, when I am on a phone call, my audio is fine however whoever I am speaking to says my audio is cutting in and out often for them. I have tried a few trouble shooting options including changing to a new SIM card but the audio is still not clear for the recipient. I am not sure what else to do to try and fix the issue or if there is just something wrong with the actual phone. i use this phone for work as well as personal so it’s important that the audio works. I’m not sure what else to do!
