I had previously put a phone into my shopping cart, but no longer want it. I see no way of emptying the shopping cart so that I am able to look at new phones. It won’t let me. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you able to clear the cache and cookies, exit your browser, and try going back to the Koodo page?
+4It might be an issue with local cache or cookies of the web browser. I would recommend you use the incognito mode of the web browser to see if that can help.

If you click the cart, do you see any “Clear order” option or something similar at the bottom, that you can use to remove the phone from the cart?
