I Haven’t Been Anle Reach a Rep fir a Week

Is anyone else having a hard time reaching a rep? For a week now I’ve been directed to the chat, but keep getting the message

I’m not sure what to do now. I can’t reach Koodo by phone either.

hmm, have you tried re-visiting the page after clearing your cache and cookies or by using an incognito tab? Maybe that will clear the saved conversation from before.

In the meantime, what was it you were looking to get help from a rep for? Maybe we can help you here instead. If we can’t provide an answer for you, there is also reps on this platform who can assist.

I’ve tried on two other devices and still had no luck. I’m going g to keep trying for the rest of the day, and if I still can’t get through I think I will switch carriers. This is crazy that it’s been a week. Can’t tell you how much time I’ve wasted trying to connect.

The issue is a plan change, but the rep I spoke with before offered one I can’t get online. I figure I’ll have to speak with a rep again to get the sane offer. It’s stressful because I’m taking care of plans for people other than myself 🤦‍♀️
