I've been billed by busuu for a subscription that was not authorized.

I've emailed them and they have not provided proper evidence of this subscription, and will not remove the $15 charge.

Is there anything Koodo can do, seeing this is clearly a scam.

Could you confirm if they replied to you, or did they reply that they had your consent at a certain date and time?

They replied to my first email with what I would describe as a form letter.

The rely to my second email was not a form letter but still did not provide any details or evidence of a subscription.

This second response did how ever state that no refund would be given.

Just to double check, there are no texts in the SMS history indicating the offer for the Busuu subscription?
