I received the email yesterday about the Europe Easy Roam pass.   Is this a time-limited feature, and how soon can I add it for a trip at the end of November? Thanks,Katherine

Hello,I recently received a 12month free Apple TV+  offer. So I was able to redeem the code and followed the instruction in the email to activate the subscription.  however, when I tried to search movies that I wanted to watch on Apple TV app, it was showing rent or buy option and I could not watch almost a lot of shows and movies.  Is this normal?  

Hi All….I believe I have added the 30 day package on my account for a med trip.  Everything I read (after adding the add on lol), says “the 30 plan will activate once you are roaming in ONE of the included countries”.  My question is - can i move between multiple countries with this plan or is it only valid for one country?  If it’s country to country in all of Europe that’s a great plan - if it’s restricted to only one country, not so much!  Thanks.

When it says 1000 free international minutes, is it per month or for the period of contract?

I need help porting my number. I am in a foreign country and I started a request to port my phone number to http://voip.ms. I was told the request would be completed by 8 AM EST today but I have received no update.

I have a Canada - USA plan and I see that I have easy roam enabled, I just want to make sure that isn’t going to charge me on my upcoming trip, do I need to turn that off? 

I had lost my phone. I ordered a new one and a new SIM with it. It has arrived but I cannot activate the new SIM because I obviously cant recieve the verification code via text because I NO LONGER HAVE MY PHONE. I also cant recieve verification via email because gmail also requires verification for gmail to be sent via text, Please just help me activate this new SIM!!!I just want a real agent to help with this please

Hi guys, I have a low-rate data free plan.I made a quick post the other day and was instructed a bit about iMessaging and how that may be the culprit as to why I am not receiving SMS messages anywhere but in my network region. I followed all instructions, my spouse is using Bell but has iMessaging turned off as well. I am still not receiving messages from her when I am out of the house. I am getting pretty frustrated. I say ‘nerd’ because I am decent at figuring out electronics, and if not - Goggling and figuring out.I feel I am paying for a completely useless device in my pocket. I may need a serious walk-through as to how to simply get messages. Regular old messages.I am Koodo (Obviously). The main person I care about is my spouse and she is Bell, if that matters at all.I would love to know that I am also able to get messages from simply everyone. Carrier should not matter.This has been on-going since I’ve switched to Koodo. I am just about ready to run fast and far from Koodo unfort

Howdy folks Currently subscribed to Stream+ basic with Koodo Was able to activate Netflix/Amazon/Disney and been happily using it for a few months. Decided to finally check out the Telus films and series? I tried to download the Telus TV+ app and saw whats offered so am interested in using it. Tried to login using my Koodo credentials but keep on getting an error and cant login. Few questions With the Koodo Stream+ do we get access to the Telus TV+ app? If so do I need to activate the service? As I dont recall seeing an activation email. Any help would be much appreciated

My current plan lists unlimited SMS & MMS and also Text Messaging Services as features. I want to upgrade to a plan with more data but it doesn't show these features, nor are they add-on options, are they automatically there? This will be a prepaid plan. Thanks.

I have turned off Wi-Fi Assist as previously directed for this same situation. My account is still showing my Data is being used during the night when I am asleep. This is always between the hours of 12 AM & 6 AM.Also, bought a US Roaming that didn’t work in the part of Pennsylvania that I was in. How can I find out  where Roaming will work in the US? Thank youBeth

I have been paying for this ridiculous service, with ridiculous customer service, for months now. I do NOT get text messages…...until I get home. ALWAYS. Yes I have an iPhone, yes I understand iMessaging, I do NOT get why I do NOT get ANY messages until I get home though? What’s up?Why am I paying? I literally want my money back. I am not a total cell phone geek guy, but I’m not technologically idiotic. There is no way and no reason I should not receive text messages for free, while out of the house, while off of my network. What the heck is going on?Yes I have an iPhone and my plan comes without data, so before anyone asks - there is your answer.Do I need data for simple text messages? No I do not. I am a former Bell user, and NEVER had a problem. This is so frustrating, I am paying monthly and carrying around an $800 piece of trash in my pocket. It does nothing!

For privacy issues, is it possible to have your home address blocked from other service providers such as Yellow Pages? 

My prepaid plan hasn’t topped up for over 90 days and so my phone number got deactivated. Now when i try to sign into my prepaid account, a “System Error” message pops up. Is it because my account no longer exists due to inactivity? If that’s the case, I can’t seem to register as a new customer to get a new number and plan. 

Hi. I couldn't set up the number of rings before voicemail on my Samsung s22 ultra. I have those answers in koodo community *61*6475904011*11*8# . Does this support Samsung phones? S22 ultra? Please advise. Thanks,Chris

I subscribe to the original Stream + plan that has Netflix, Discovery+ with ads, and Apple TV. While ordering an new phone I seen Discovery + Ad Free is not available but it will not let me add it to my subscription as an update. Requested 3 call backs, 2 I could not understand or hear because of dogs barking and kids playing in the background. They told me I could add it only as a separate account in addition to my subscription and was not able to remove my original discovery with ads. Makes no sense, I just want to change my existing Discovery I pay for with the Ad Free update and pay any additional cost.Also, I hate call centers that have no idea how to assist

 I ported in yesterday with Sarti (not sure if I'm spelling the name correctly). We are part of a bring back deal. She offered $25 for 30 gb of data, but I see my actual data is 14gb. Can we please fix this?

I want to add a second line for my son who is going to school. When I go through the steps it makes it seem like it might wipe out my number etc. I want to be sure if I follow the steps that my plan will stay the same and just add a second line for him for the $15 plan. Anyone else have a second line for their kid on their main plan? Thanks in advance! 

I currently have DSL internet, was planning on switching to Koodo internet this weekend. All of the equipment showed up. I didn’t know it was going to be Cable internet. Basement is a mess of old wires, previous owners may have had cable at some point.. Koodo website said I don’t need a tech visit. Is there an easy way to find the cable I need? Thanks

I have been receiving voicemail messages from a phone number I’ve already blocked. They continue to call me every day and I’ve not been able to find a solution to block their voicemails. Can you please let me know if there is a solution to this?

Hi folks, I just signed up for koodo and the stream plus but can’t get series like The Bear or such. Disney support states to talk to Koodo and that Stream+ premium would not have it either. Anyone know a way to add it on at a cost?

Hello! When going into my Self Serve and changing my Billing Address, it’s unable to find my Apartment Unit number when listing off addresses they believe is mine.My RBC account that’s linked to my preauthorized payments has the correct address - so I don’t think it’s a concern with having it match.  For example *not my actual address*, I put in:Address: 1234 Letters Ave    Unit: 123A    ( there’s two buildings, A and B ) Then it will give me a list to choose from like:100A 1234 Letters Ave 200A 1234 Letters Aveetc. So it’s able to recognize my apartment address, but unable to get my actual unit number.Is there any way I’d be able to get this changed properly?I’m wanting to get a new phone and have it shipped, so I’m not wanting to chance it going to any other unit lol.  Thanks in advance for your time helping me out :)
