I have a Canada - USA plan and I see that I have easy roam enabled, I just want to make sure that isn’t going to charge me on my upcoming trip, do I need to turn that off? 

I downloaded disney plus app on my tv. When i logged in, it is just for hotstar and its all Indian movies. How can i watch english movies?

Howdy folks Currently subscribed to Stream+ basic with Koodo Was able to activate Netflix/Amazon/Disney and been happily using it for a few months. Decided to finally check out the Telus films and series? I tried to download the Telus TV+ app and saw whats offered so am interested in using it. Tried to login using my Koodo credentials but keep on getting an error and cant login. Few questions With the Koodo Stream+ do we get access to the Telus TV+ app? If so do I need to activate the service? As I dont recall seeing an activation email. Any help would be much appreciated

My current plan lists unlimited SMS & MMS and also Text Messaging Services as features. I want to upgrade to a plan with more data but it doesn't show these features, nor are they add-on options, are they automatically there? This will be a prepaid plan. Thanks.

I bought this sim for 3-4 months and received many phone calls, texts and messages to my number. They tried to connect with Ms.MELLISA HURLEY, who may be the previous owner with my same phone number. Even Amazon's address was under her address. It bothered me a lot. How can I fix this trouble?  

I have turned off Wi-Fi Assist as previously directed for this same situation. My account is still showing my Data is being used during the night when I am asleep. This is always between the hours of 12 AM & 6 AM.Also, bought a US Roaming that didn’t work in the part of Pennsylvania that I was in. How can I find out  where Roaming will work in the US? Thank youBeth

Hello! What does the US SMS add on mean? Is that where I can text other people in the US if I'm also in the US? For example, if I go to visit family in the US, can I text other US phone numbers? Does US SMS mean that I can also text people back home in Canada from the US? Thank you for your help in advance!

For privacy issues, is it possible to have your home address blocked from other service providers such as Yellow Pages? 

My prepaid plan hasn’t topped up for over 90 days and so my phone number got deactivated. Now when i try to sign into my prepaid account, a “System Error” message pops up. Is it because my account no longer exists due to inactivity? If that’s the case, I can’t seem to register as a new customer to get a new number and plan. 

I subscribe to the original Stream + plan that has Netflix, Discovery+ with ads, and Apple TV. While ordering an new phone I seen Discovery + Ad Free is not available but it will not let me add it to my subscription as an update. Requested 3 call backs, 2 I could not understand or hear because of dogs barking and kids playing in the background. They told me I could add it only as a separate account in addition to my subscription and was not able to remove my original discovery with ads. Makes no sense, I just want to change my existing Discovery I pay for with the Ad Free update and pay any additional cost.Also, I hate call centers that have no idea how to assist

 I ported in yesterday with Sarti (not sure if I'm spelling the name correctly). We are part of a bring back deal. She offered $25 for 30 gb of data, but I see my actual data is 14gb. Can we please fix this?

I want to add a second line for my son who is going to school. When I go through the steps it makes it seem like it might wipe out my number etc. I want to be sure if I follow the steps that my plan will stay the same and just add a second line for him for the $15 plan. Anyone else have a second line for their kid on their main plan? Thanks in advance! 

The Amber Alert should be upgraded to remove the anoying sound and just display a message box that needs to be acknowledged like in the Unitedstates.This way people that are awake have no other choice than to see the message and can act accordingly.  It does not make any sense to wake up the hole country in the middle of the night at 3AM with the end of the world ringing!The kids are having panic attack every time and cannot go back to sleep.  This is a major stress-anxiety generator for everybody! Canada please do something!Jonathan

I currently have DSL internet, was planning on switching to Koodo internet this weekend. All of the equipment showed up. I didn’t know it was going to be Cable internet. Basement is a mess of old wires, previous owners may have had cable at some point.. Koodo website said I don’t need a tech visit. Is there an easy way to find the cable I need? Thanks

I have been receiving voicemail messages from a phone number I’ve already blocked. They continue to call me every day and I’ve not been able to find a solution to block their voicemails. Can you please let me know if there is a solution to this?

Hi folks, I just signed up for koodo and the stream plus but can’t get series like The Bear or such. Disney support states to talk to Koodo and that Stream+ premium would not have it either. Anyone know a way to add it on at a cost?

Hi. I’m currently out of Canada and my phone number is on seasonal hold. Can I still receive text messages from Canada? I saw that the seasonal hold plan include “free incoming SMS”, but when I used my koodo sim card, the phone showed “no service”.Thank you

Netflix Premium - I have Netflix through Koodo with my stream plus.  When I added this account I was told that I could add members from outside my household exactly like I was able to when the services were provided directly through Netflix.I have not been able to add members outside my household.  When I reached out to Netflix I was advised that I would need to stop Netflix through Koodo and get it directly with Netflix to enable this function.Could someone actually confirm this is correct since I was told by Koodo that I could in fact invite members outside my household with the package I was purchasing.  If this is not possible are there any plans available that will allow me to invite members outside the household?  Thanks

Hello! When going into my Self Serve and changing my Billing Address, it’s unable to find my Apartment Unit number when listing off addresses they believe is mine.My RBC account that’s linked to my preauthorized payments has the correct address - so I don’t think it’s a concern with having it match.  For example *not my actual address*, I put in:Address: 1234 Letters Ave    Unit: 123A    ( there’s two buildings, A and B ) Then it will give me a list to choose from like:100A 1234 Letters Ave 200A 1234 Letters Aveetc. So it’s able to recognize my apartment address, but unable to get my actual unit number.Is there any way I’d be able to get this changed properly?I’m wanting to get a new phone and have it shipped, so I’m not wanting to chance it going to any other unit lol.  Thanks in advance for your time helping me out :) 

I have two names on my account. I am the main one and pay for both but is there a way to insure the other person on the account can earn points for a credit score?Would this be a cause of they need to pay for it out of their own account?

Hi everyone!I keep getting these calls where someone with an accent calls me Ma'am. (I'm a guy tho)They say they're from Rogers with a great deal, and I've been saying I'm not interested and to put me on their no call list.Today they called me and I let the guy talk, and he inquired which provider I'm with. (He asked me Bell? Rogers? Virgin?)When I said "None of those, I'm with Koodo", the phone call hung up abruptly.I've blocked this number before, but they keep calling from different numbers (all staring with 514, which seems legit)I'm concerned now that this may have been a scammer who hung up as soon as they got what they wanted. So this leads to my question:What can a scammer do if they know my phone number and provider? And what steps can I take to protect myself?Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated!

I am trying to change my plan and select the free perk of unlimited long-distance calls.  When I select it the “next” disappears and essentially I am stuck - cannot change my plan.  No idea why.

Hello, Title says it all. Signed up for the add-on “Voicemail to Text” which koodo indicates that “Your voicemail will be converted to text and delivered as an SMS message or an email” followed by no instructions on how to actually set the option to EMAIL instead of a text. The voicemails are coming in as a text message currently and we would like to change the setting to email.  Thanks in advance!
