Are you charged for incoming  international calls while on easy roam

I have basic voicemail with Koodo month to month plan, I was able to retrieve voicemails a few weeks ago and now when someone leaves a message and I go to voicemail box it says I have no messages.  i figured it out thanks had live voicemail auto enabled on device after sw update on iPhone. 

How do I check my data usage for the past six months? 

I’ve just opened a new account with Koodo and I’m trying to port my phone number.My phone number is currently with voip.ms, not a traditional carrier.In order to proceed with the port process, I need to respond to an SMS message. However, I haven’t received the SMS.My voip number often fails to receive automated SMS messages. (This is part of why I’m switching). I tried calling customer service, but again can’t proceed without being able to receive an SMS message. Is there another number I can call to speak to a representative?

I’m trying to understand how the Europe Easy Roam Travel pass works.Does the 45 day period start on the date of purchase (i.e is that the activation date) or does it start on the first day in a eligible European country?.  Is the pass valid when travelling to different countries within the 30 day period. (i.e. spending a few days in one country and then travelling to another for a few days, and so on). or is it valid only for one country, and normal roaming charges apply if you move to another country?ThanksKeith

I just got a new phone and kept my same old plan, but was told that I not only had to pay my remaining tab balance, but also the bonus tab balance from Koodo. On koodos website says the bonus tab balance only has to be paid if you upgrade with an inillegible plan, why was I charged this? Koodo would've paid the bonus tab portion regardless if I paid my tab off sooner or not, so why am I being charged this extra amount?

Koodo is completely censoring my SMS messages!! This was in  Sept 2024.I confirmed this by trying to send the message from one Koodo to another; both directions. Hello.I already have phone and sim with koodo.3 days ago I purchased a new phone via self serf.Today I got a new phone and a new sim card.Why I got a new sim card if already have one for the existing phone? I want to continue using the existing phone number.So, do I need to use a new sim card with a new phone OR can I just simple move existing sim card into a new phone.And what should I do with a new sim card in a case if I decide to use the existing sim insteadThank you   

I’m logged into self-serve, and click on “manage add-ons.” Try to remove International Data Roaming, Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, or International Voice Roaming.I get an error “Heads up! Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.” Can anyone help?

My daughter and I are travelling to the U.S. for 5 days soon. I’d really like to avoid paying the Easy Roam fee of $28 per day ($14 each) just so we can text each other.My hope is to remove the Easy Roam Add Ons and just use pay per use for our texting (100 texts for $10).However, I have a few concerns...1) I’ve read elsewhere in this forum that you should put your phone in Airplane Mode if you want to avoid any roaming charges. But if we do this, will we be able to text each other? (I’m not very tech -savvy).2) Can we still use data if we’re in a place that has WiFi without worrying about data charges?3) Do the 100 texts a day include just texts we send to people in Canada and the US - or also any texts that we receive?Thanks very much! 

Hi, may I know if I can receive SMS or phone call while travelling outside Canada without turning on EasyRoam?

I have Tab bonus balance of 165$ . My tab bonus reduction is 15$/month. It was not applied to my September 2024 bill. Also I noticed my tab bonus reduction still not applied to my October bill. I am asking Koodo to apply it to my monthly bill. I have called an agent last month for the same problem , it was not solved yet. Thanks

I signed up for autopay on August 28. My September bill has not come out yet. Should I just pay it? Don’t want a late payment ding on my account.

I recently recieved a text message from koodo where they are offering me an $80 reimbursement and im not sure why and i want to confirm that it is legit.

Hi!Travelling to the US from Canada for a week.It is looking like the best option for me is to purchase an eSim once I get to the US, I really like that I can download & set up before leaving Canada! However, I'm trying to figure out how to have texting included. I see that Saily doesn’t include texting but Airalo has the option but also includes calling, which I don’t need.Without going into a major rant about what I've gone through w/Koodo w/r/t removing the easy roam, I’m 100% unwilling to use either their easy roam or the pay per use option and want to avoid any opportunity for them to ding me.SO I guess my question is,  will taking my Koodo sim card out for the duration of my trip avoid any chance of being dinged for roaming for data or texting? Or do I have to go that far?And am I understanding correctly that by removing my sim card & using the eSim in the US, it won’t be my phone number that shows up if I text someone?I’m glad there are other cheaper options out there, b

I have an Arris TG3452 modem that I run in bridge mode. Can I bring this modem to Koodo Internet?
