Prepaid Self Serve Customer Unable to Change Number in Europe I am a Prepaid Koodo Customer currently in Europe for an extended period of time. I am trying to get access to international text and roaming by using my Canadian phone number in order to log in to my bank account using 2 factor authentication. However, I am unable to add an international package to my current plan, and I cannot switch to a Monthly Plan because that would require me to pick up a SIM card in person or receive it at my home address in Canada, which I also cannot do. So far, I have also been unable to speak with a Koodo Rep because when the Koodo Chat Bot sets up a callback between you and a rep, they do so using your Koodo-linked phone number, which once again, I do not have access to. I am therefore stuck without any ability to access my bank account in Europe, because I cannot access international texting on my phone. If someone could please help it would be much appreciated.
