I had a rep call me and tell me to download the TELUS Health MyCare app and sign up and I can have access to a doctor or nurse. I did, and I don’t see the option. Just an option about travelling to the US and then being able to talk with one. Do I have to add additional information, such as my Koodo # or something? Or did this rep give me inaccurate information and give me false hope to believe that I could actually get healthcare here in Canada?
