My understanding is that I can still use wi fi calling while traveling internationally without incurring any extra charges and without using Easy Roam? Can anyone confirm if this is correct? And does this mean that if my phone is in airplane mode, I can still use wi fi calling?And secondly, can anyone tell me if I can access my voice mail, through wi fi, without incurring any extra charges and without using Easy Roam?(I’m not sure if this matters, but we will be traveling to Italy).Thanks so much for any help you can provide.
I have tried everything under the sun to get in contact with Koodo, but they seem to only have 1 single option: the robo-chat. The main problem I’m having is that certain phone numbers seem to be shadow blocked (I have looked in every sub menu and the permissions. I have tried different phone apps, and everything else the wide internet can suggest). My boos and mother have not been able to call my phone or leave a message (though they can sometimes leave a message).The main issue, is the koodo callback number seems to be included in this list of somehow-blocked numbers; all i can get is voicemails from them. My phone does not ring, there is nothing in the call logs (not even showing a call was blocked) ; I just get a notification about 15 mins later that I have a voicemail.This means that I have an issue that the bot cannot fathom, and I have absolutely no way of getting a callback from their support. Hey everyone, I have a quick question. I keep getting these spam emails with scam site links in my SMS text message inbox. Newest one was 3:00am, and again at 3:30am, both of which woken me up. How do I permanently stop these stupid things from coming in. I’d prefer it if people could no longer email my SMS altogether. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, if that matters.
So I’ve had two instances where I cannot receive security codes. One with my student loans, and another. I typically use an authenticator app, so these are the only two I’ve needed SMS codes for. The only relevant changes made were recent. I ported out my number to a reseller of rogers, only to quickly find out I had a tab plus, and promptly ported my number back to koodo with the same plan and contract.Besides the SMS, I've noticed I cannot activate wifi calling. When I input my number, it says “The number entered doesn’t match our records. Please re-enter your number”.I just received an SMS security code for my government account with regards to taxes, so some work and some don’t.I also removed all blocked numbers.
I was going to order a sim card online with a plan for my old phone because I don’t have to pay the connection fee that way. The problem is that I need a new phone number. I can’t really find information on how I get a new phone number. I don’t want to transfer or port any old numbers. I just need a new number. If I order a new sim card, will that automatically give me a number or is there something I need to do to get a new phone number?
I restarted my device last night and when it turned back on, it said No SIM. I haven't done anything else that could've caused this, only turned off my phone and turned it back on. I've tried every solution online and have yet to get any results. I urgently need to message my driving instructor, which I can't do without my SIM card, and I'm going to need data next week, so I don't have a lot of time to fix this issue.
We just moved to Goderich 3 weeks ago. If we get or try to call anyone the call gets dropped or they can’t hear us and hang up. It has been impossible to actually talk to anyone at koodo to get this resolved. Koodo assist is a joke!!!! I finally went thru all hoops and had to book a call back ….for 2 days later. I waited for the call even ran outside with my phone when koodo called ...the call still got dropped. Riccardo from koodo called back but couldn’t hear me so he hung up. Then he called back but it went right to voicemail. He leaves a message saying he called 3 times and I didn’t answer!!!!!! Then..the next day they send me a text asking me to rate Riccardos service and was my problem resolved. I answered poor to all questions . Then a text comes in and says text back additional information. I type it all out hit send...text comes back saying to book a call via koodo assist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This needs to get resolved or I am cancelling all 3 phones and going wit
My wife and I purchased new phones yesterday. She received her extened warranty documentation by email. I have not received my extened warranty documentation yet. I contacted Asurion and they connected me with Koodo. Once I was in contact with Koodo it connected me with Koodo Assist, even though I said I didn’t want to be connected to Koodo assist. How do I go about getting my extened warranty documentation?
I am trying to transfer my number from Telus to Koodo. I have followed everyone of the instructions on self serve and it keeps saying my account number is wrong and it’s not, I even tried entering the account number only, the imei number only, and both numbers and nothing is working. Any suggestions, I have 3 numbers to transfer over from 3 phones
Good day all.. Quick question… I have a koodo prepaid account and a koodo mobile account. I want to cancel my prepaid account and replace my current cell # number from my Koodo Mobile account and use my preplaid cell # instead. Can it be done?… and how?
I need someone to call me back. I tried to schedule a call back and the earliest time available was TOMORROW AT 9:30 PM. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. You need to bring back live people and stop with this virtual assistant garbage. It should not take this long to reach Koodo. I'm paying over $200 for my services and have been with the company for something like 10 years. I would appreciate a call back TODAY regarding my question about conference calling. This question is for work and they don't understand that it takes a long time to get a response from your company since the level of customer service has dropped significantly in the last two years.
