I have been trying to contact Asurion Costumer Service to report a damage to my phone covered with Koodo's Device Care Complete and I'm not getting any response. When trying online the system is asking me to call Customer Service. Anyone have an advice on what to do?

As well, these are their hours, they aren’t open for another few minutes: 8am – midnight EST Monday to Friday, 9am - 10pm EST on Saturday, and noon – 10pm EST on Sunday.
