Hello,

As part of my work, I received text message from temperature monitoring server(Cryopak). As per Cryopak IT help desk I am not receiving these message because koodo is blocking these text how do I unblock the notification email: support@cryopak.com" and put it in whitelist?

Was it a Canadian company? 

If it was a company from another country, you can ask them the number that they sent it to you from and if their system is capable of international messaging. Also, Koodo is unlikely send email to another company just to ask information from them. You would have to proactively find the solution yourself unfortunately.
