Hey all! Yesterday I ordered a new phone, and the phone I chose came with a $375 bill credit ($25 over 15 months). I had to select a new plan as well and chose the $65 5G plan. Today when I logged in, there is a banner saying I can switch to the same plan for $60. Obviously I would love to pay $5 less for the same plan, but I’m worried I’d lose my bill credit. But it did seem that the bill credit was a perk of the new phone, not the plan. Anyone know if the bill credit will be lost if i change my plan (either now or in the future)?
I logged into self serve and attempted to change my plan to the $50/month for 40GB plan with the data rollover (free) perk; but, when I attempted to select the free perk (rollover data) I received an error message telling me to try again. I have tried several times and am still unable to change my plan (because, I cannot select the rollover data perk without being redirected to the same error message).
I just upped my gigs and now internet lags and my streaming shows buffer. UGH!! Has anyone else gone from the 4gig for 45/mnth to the 40gigs andexperienced really spotty connection when using 5g? I have my own phone and no tab left (woohoo!!) if that matters at all
Hi, I am having some issues joining Koodo. I am a UK Citizen with Canadian Residency. When signing up I am faced with a problem which is stopping me from signing up. I was rejected from the application due to credit check. It states that you cannot use VISA which is my canadian bank account. I have used an international Mastercard which seemed to be accepted however I was then emailed to say that Koodo was unable to validate your credit information.I know lots of International’s are using this service so there must be a way around. Please can you point me in the right direction. ThanksCeri
Thought Account had Easy Roam on.. realized it was not.. turned it on.. account was charged daily fee .. but Data is not available, shows as locked in the account. Thanks fully it did lock as it would of been crazy high.. with out the easy roam.
I just increased my husbands plan from $45 a month at 6GB data to $50 a month with 40GB data (all 4G speed). I wanted that same plan but the option isn't available for me . I currently pay $65 a month for 30GB of data on my plan (4 G speed). I wanted the same plan as my husband but the only plans available are at a higher premium per month. Nothing lower. There are 4 offers online for me and the “exclusive” offer me me states $65 for 75GB data. I don’t need this much and I would love to have the same plan as my husband. How do I get this???

I recently got a message about my phone being available for VoLTE and to turn it on to continue receiving service, but I am unable to find the option to turn it on.I have a Pixel 2 (Not XL) with Android 11, going into Settings > Network and Internet > Mobile Network, I do not see a VoLTE option within as the guide here says for Google phones: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/volteHow do I turn on VoLTE on a Pixel 2?
A few weeks ago, I upgraded to a new phone, and had to change my plan along with the upgrade. On my previous plan, I had Rollover Data selected as my perk. I would like to do the same for my current plan. However on the new plan, I’m unable to select my perk, and am always met with the “Unable to select a perk right now” message in self serve. I’ve tried on various devices and browsers, but always get the same result. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
So my wife and I share an account with two lines (I believe that’s the right term?). When we signed up with Koodo I got a tab plus plan and a new Google Pixel 6, and she did a bring-your-own-device plan for much cheaper. My tab is set to be paid off next month, so what we want to do is upgrade her phone and keep mine. But unfortunately, the tab plus plans have gone up in price significantly, and so to keep my plan as is and add an upgrade on hers is going to be about a 23% increase on our bill (before tax) per month, even though my phone will be paid off, so we’d still only have one tab we’re paying for. Is there any way for me to upgrade her to a tab plus plan, but reduce my own plan once my tab is paid to something more reasonable? I know the bring-your-own-device plans are only for new customers, but wasn’t sure if there are other options, since I won’t have a tab.
Hi, I just signed onto the $40 for 40gb/m promotional Koodo plan two days ago and told the employee who helped me that I was choosing the “Unlimited international SMS/MMS” perk. However, when I checked on my Koodo self-service account yesterday, the perk was not selected. I have tried multiple times to select the perk myself but am met with the ice cream cone screen that lets me know this option is unavailable. Is someone able to help me select my perk? Thanks :)
