Hi EveryoneI just activated a Koodo phone plan with a new number. I want to shift the numbers between Koodo and Public Mobile.I contacted the PM Moderator and she said she couldn’t shift the phone numbers. However, she offered porting the PM account to Koodo and providing a new number to PM account....
For two weeks now I’ve logged into Self-Serve and tried to change my rate plan, for two weeks it has shown my existing plan but no other options. I’ve tried cache clearing, different browsers, different devices, it just will not load. Is Self-Serve just broken?I’m currently on a medium? refurb phone...
