Hi there @krunalpatelhr  From what can be verified, the port request has been cancelled. This is likely due to an incorrect information used when porting in the number or by missing the 2FA window when approving the port transfer from the other provider.

You can reissue the port request with the correct information and make sure to respond to the 2FA notification sent to the sim card of your old provider. Keep  us posted on how it went.

Since the number transfer, have you received any text from Koodo saying the number is completed? Did the ported number show up in your selfserve?

As well, have you disable the old SIM from previous carrier to make sure only Koodo SIM is active on the phone?
