Calling/Texting International numbers

Does any one know if your plan is just an Unlimited Canada Wide talk and text and you call or text an international number, will there be charges for that if I am currently in Canada? If there is do you know if there is a plan for that? I can’t seem to find anything in the Plans listing.

I cancelled stream + in june but i keep getting charged every month

I canceled my Koodo Stream + in june but I keep getting Charged every month. I have spent at least 40 hours on with customer service and they keep saying they put a ticket in but I still keep getting charged since June. I don't have access to stream plus and I have emails stating that it has expired.  This whole situation made me actually migrate to Telus from Koodo so I no longer have a Koodo account at all.

Why won't self-serve let me delete a data top up??

I have been unable to delete a data top-up I added on self-serve.Why is it easy to add a top up on self-serve but not delete it? I keep getting circular messages to use the Koodo Assist which doesn’t help.

How do I change the Amazon account that is linked to Stream+?

I need to change the Amazon account that is linked to my Stream+ add on. I called Amazon and they said it needs to be done through Koodo. I can't find where to do that in the Self Serve Portal. Do I have to speak to someone at Koodo?

Over 6 hours since number transfer request

I am a new Koodo customer. It has been over 6 hours since I completed the number transfer from my previous provider. When I log into my account my number shows there but I cannot text etc as I have not received a Welcome to Koodo text.I checked to make sure I filled out everything correctly to transfer my number.

Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Rate Plan Change on Lifetime Offer

 Dear Koodo Customer Support teamI am writing to formally address a recent issue with my Koodo rate plan. Last year, I was contacted by Koodo's winback team with an offer of a $30 plan for lifetime, which included 30 GB of data. This lifetime offer was the reason I switched back to Koodo and agreed to resume services with your company. However, I recently noticed that my rate plan has been changed to $35, which contradicts the agreed lifetime plan I signed up for. This adjustment was made without any prior notification or consent, which I find very concerning, as it goes against the commitment made to me by your team.I kindly request that my plan be restored to the original $30 per month as promised. This change has caused inconvenience, and I hope for a swift resolution to honor the initial agreement. Please look into this matter urgently, and let me know how we can rectify this.Thank you for your assistance and understanding.Sincerely,Jaspreet

koodo basic voicemail not working

I have basic voicemail with Koodo month to month plan, I was able to retrieve voicemails a few weeks ago and now when someone leaves a message and I go to voicemail box it says I have no messages.  i figured it out thanks had live voicemail auto enabled on device after sw update on iPhone.

As a mechanism/tool to control use when not at home it would be ideal if there was a way for parents to remotely pause/unpause Data and/or Mobile services on demand.At the moment, when children are not at home, there is no way to control usage for children on how much they are using mobile services, ideally, a parent should have the ability to pause/unpause mobile data and also have an option to pause/unpause all mobile services.Ideally this is something that should be available on demand so that children can focus on school.
