I need to change the Amazon account that is linked to my Stream+ add on. I called Amazon and they said it needs to be done through Koodo. I can't find where to do that in the Self Serve Portal. Do I have to speak to someone at Koodo?

I didn’t see it either in my account. Let me flag a rep to look into it.

Unfortunately, the option to unlink a streaming service and relink it to a different account is not available.

You’d need to cancel Stream+ and then sign up again.

We recommend scheduling a call back through the virtual assist 


Hi Flo - I scheduled a call back and they confirmed the same.  Unfortunately because I signed up with a promotion that ends this month, if I cancel and re-subscribe, I will lose out on the promotion.  I signed up on Oct 24 so I have had stream+ for 6 days and have not fully activated it.  How do I escalate within Koodo to speak to someone about maintaining the promotional price?

It depends if the offer is still available until you sign up again.
