I have been unable to delete a data top-up I added on self-serve.

Why is it easy to add a top up on self-serve but not delete it? I keep getting circular messages to use the Koodo Assist which doesn’t help.

are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? if you are a postpaid customer, what type of top-up was it? was it a monthly add-on or just one-off scenario?


it was a monthly add-on. I pay a monthly standard bill. I want to keep the plan but remove the add-on.

We have been able to remove the add on for you.

If you need to use more data, we recommend chcking the available plans in self serve, as there might be better options and some plans are even eligible for autopay discount, which applies when you are on automatic payment.
