I am a new Koodo customer. It has been over 6 hours since I completed the number transfer from my previous provider. When I log into my account my number shows there but I cannot text etc as I have not received a Welcome to Koodo text.

I checked to make sure I filled out everything correctly to transfer my number.

We have looked into it and the transfer was completed.

Have you tried restarting your phone or resetting the network settings?
