Cancellation of Koodo Mobile Plan after repeated "callback" promises Hello,I have been trying to cancel my Koodo postpaid service for the past 3 months.I am no longer in Canada, hence I reached out to the team on Socials (Facebook). Since January, I have had the cancellation conversation with 3 different support reps, each asking for the same thing and promising the same callback. I shared the contact number, email address, and preferred callback timeframe. Every time I was told “Your request has been sent”. (I can share screenshots of the conversations if needed)Till now, I have received NO callbacks. Furthermore, due to delays from Koodo, I am still being charged for the months that I have not used the services at all.While I understand delays happen, I should NOT be charged for the delays due to Koodo. I request that this be immediately addressed, additional charges be waived off, and my account be cancelled ASAP. Please reach out and let me know if you need any additional information.Thank you.
