Hi, I have two issues with my recent bill and need your help. 1. Incorrect roaming chargeThere is an incorrect internet roaming charge on my bill. I didn’t use the service, so please review it and reimburse the mischarge. 2. Preauthorized Payment removed + late fee addedMy Preauthorized Payment was suddenly removed, which caused the discount to disappear and a late payment charge to be added. Please investigate this and reimburse the charges as well. Also, it is very inconvenient that I cannot directly speak with a representative through this service center.
