I got offered come back promotion that included no Connection Fee but 2 of my 4 phone numbers were charged

I am having 4 issues after getting a win back promotion for my family’s 4 lines, which makes me feel like it was all scam. The promotion said no Connection Fee but 2 of my 4 phone numbers were charged total $120 additional. Also only 3 of the 4 numbers show up on the billing. The promotion included $5 credit per month to reduce $30 plan to $25 but all 4 numbers show $30 and there is nothing mentioned about the $5 bill credit They delivered only 3 SIM cards but I registered for 4 number I was charged an additional charge of $1 with a sentence says $30 30GB UL Can Min SFD (4G Speed) (Mar 25 To Mar 25) for two of 4 numbersCan someone explain what is going on?

When I want to pay my bill this kind of sentences came out. Can u check what's the problem?

Whenever I try to pay with new card because the card I used to pay is no longer in use so I just wanted to update my payment.But this kind of messages keep came out and I couldn’t pay it by due time. Can u check what happened and help me how to pay my bill properly. Actually, I’m not in Canada anymore so, I want to pay it by my Korea mastercard not by any other payment like bank or Canada Card

Hey koodo I was just looking to upgrade my phone to the pixel 8 pro and was wondering if you offered any plan where I return my current pixel 7 being that it is near mint condition and possibly reduce the fee to upgrade to the new phone while keeping my original number. Koodo web purchase verification

I purchased a new phone on Koodos web site recently. The next day I received a call from an 1-866 number saying they're a Koodo rep wanting to validate my purchase. They asked for my Koodo security pin. My concern is that we have all been conditioned not to provide private information over the phone especially for calls we don't initiate ourselves. While the timing of the call lines up with the purchase there surely must be a better way to do this ? I had to log into Koodo to make the initial purchase but apparently that's not secure enough to confirm the purchase ? I had to do a callback to Koodo to provide them with my pin which I could have supplied when I made the purchase. Perhaps that is the way the whole experience could be made better ? Now I have to go change my pin.

Order to be shipped in one day

I am moving out on Mar 31st and would like to order another internet device for my new service address. Since we only have 1 working day left for this week, can I get order by tomorrow to my current address if I book immediately? Or should I still wait for 2-3 business days after moving? I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me quick response on this. Thanks!

Lousy Support Calls

Has anyone experienced how badly Koodo treats its customers? I was on a call with a rep to discuss my higher than promised monthly rate. He couldn’t answer my question so put me thru to “Loyalty” department. After waiting for around 20 minutes listing to some very boring background music, the line went dead. WTH Koodo? It’s only been a couple of months since I joined Koodo and now I’m seriously thinking about quitting. Nothing but grief using the customer service.

Can't manage or cancel internet

The cancel subscription page won't load beyond the manage subscription page. I have tried on my phone and two PC's. I spoke to a representative and they won't cancel my internet over the phone and said they would be emailing me with a solution. It has been 24hrs with no email or solution. Can someone please help me cancel my internet?

Hey,my wife flew to Chicago last week for work and she has the roaming on for $14/day for four days. Now since this was last week, Koodo does not have an official bill with these charges. how can I get the reciept or invoice of those charges as my wife needs to file for her expenses

I have 1000min International LD Add-on (US, IND, GER, CHINA, HK, TW, BD, ITALY, MEX, AUS, Macau) on onw of my three accounts but do not have pay per use international long distance on my add-on.

Trying to change plan on my lines. One line worked fine, the other keeps giving me error that it can't select the perk. No matter what I try or if I even don't chose any, and it won't let me proceed with the plan change. What can I do here?

Wrong Billing Address

Hi Koodo Support Team!I have recently ordered a new plan. However looks like there was an error when creating my account so the billing/shipping number is incorrect. And the mail with my SIM card is going to an address that doesn’t exist.Is there anyway to change it so Canpost can deliver it to my correct address? Thanks in advance
