I live in Canada and have a monthly prepaid account. I received an email from Koodo saying they have enhanced their online security and self serve experience and I need to reset my password.
i have tried to change my password so many times and now I am locked out. I even called Koodo but they could not fix it.
Every time I enter a new password I get “password you entered does not meet the guidelines. Input a new one”.
i have entered passwords according to the requirements and nothing I keep getting the same response!
