We have enhanced our online security and Self Serve experience with important updates.


I live in Canada and have a monthly prepaid account.  I received an email from Koodo saying they have enhanced their online security and self serve experience and I need to reset my password.

i have tried to change my password so many times and now I am locked out.  I even called Koodo but they could not fix it.  
 

Every time I enter a new password I get “password you entered does not meet the guidelines. Input a new one”.

i have entered passwords according to the requirements and nothing I keep getting the same response!

Did you review the message sent by the Koodo rep?


I am having the same issue with setting new password due to new security requirements. I repeatedly get the message “The password you entered does not meet the guidelines. Please input a new one.”

We are being told that its important to Please follow the password requirements and dont reuse the last 5 passwords or common words
