my phone number wont transfer from my old phone


So I tried to transfer my number from my old iPhone 7 to my 14 and Koodo says that it was successful but my iPhone 14 still has the same number and it has not changed

In your iphone as of now, when you try to enable iMessage, can you see the transferred number there?

As well, can you reset network settings of the iphone?  Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings

We have just checked from our end and we can see the transfer to Koodo was successful.

Have you tried restarting your Koodo phone?

What happens when you try to make a call from your Koodo phone?

When I make a call it does have the right number but when I text it’s the wrong one. And yes I have restarted it

Which phone are you using? if you are using iMessage or RCS, have you tried to turn it off and reenable it again. Sometimes, the iMessage/RCS registration of the old number stuck for a while.
