Hello, Koodo officers. I would leave Canada and do not plan to come back. Would you mind to help me cancel all my plan and number? The self service do not have options to achieve them.

Hi there,
Do you have a prepaid or postpaid account? If it is postpaid, then if you're still in Canada you need to schedule a call back with a rep over the phone by following the link below to close the account.If you're out of Canada then you must reach out to Koodo via social media. Links for those can be found at the bottom of this page by clicking the associated logos for Facebook and X (twitter).
If you have a prepaid account, then you need to make sure you have automatic payments turned off. Once your 30 days of usage comes to an end, it will not auto renew, then the account will automatically close after 90 days.
