I have an iPhone. When using “Easy Roam” should I turn on roaming in my settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Options → Data Roaming On/Off?

If you need to use data in roaming, data roaming should be turned on.
Otherwise, you should still be able to make/ receive calls and send/ receive text messages, as long as pay per use roaming add ons are provisioned to your services (when travelling out of US).
