referral won’t process

I referred a family member to Koodo with the referral link that was sent to me. He has gone through all the steps/ entered in all information and he keeps getting a message that says “we are unable to process your order at this time.” Any tips or tricks to fix this?

That error could be from something else, and not necessarily from referral though.

Is his address provided the same as the one on the credit card? Additionally, have you tried “incognito” mode of the web browser to see if that can help?
